  •  Individual and group counselling and programs for queer and trans youth. P&P has no catchment area (you can access services even if you live outside of Toronto).  A good deal of experience with trans youth.  Has a theatrical program called GenderPlay and occasionally runs other trans youth specific programs, like the TRANSformations group. Services are free.

  • Has trans-knowledgeable counsellors. Currently a lengthy waiting list (over 1 year) and only accepts clients from the City of Toronto. Also offers (3 times a year) an 8 week programme called “Gender Journeys”- a group for people in the earlier stages of identifying as trans that provides reliable information, friendly conversations with other trans people and access to trans communities. Services are free with a health card.

  • Meets every other Thursday from 6:30-9pm. Come to share a yummy meal, access resources, to socialize and have fun together. Trans youth are welcome at all the SOY groups.

  • A relaxed drop-in for trans youth (26 and under). Every Wednesday from 5-9pm, co-facilitated by Rebecca and Jordan. tytrocks@gmail.com. The 519 also has a number of other trans specific programs, like Meal Trans, a Monday night (6:30-10pm) drop-in meal and social for trans people, particularly low income and street-involved trans people.
